[PATCH U-BOOT v2 16/30] fs: btrfs: Rename path resolve related functions to avoid name conflicts

Since the old code are all using __btrfs_path/__btrfs_root other than
the regular extent buffer based one, adding "__" prefix for them to
avoid name conflicts in the incoming cross ports.
