[PATCH v3 24/29] patman: Improve handling of files

Simon Glass sjg at chromium.org
Fri Oct 30 04:46:33 CET 2020

Sometimes warnings are associated with a file and sometimes with the
patch as a whole. Update the regular expression to handle both cases,
even in emacs mode. Also add support for detecting new files.
