[PATCH v2 02/30] clk: export generic routines

Dario Binacchi dariobin at libero.it
Sun Sep 6 14:08:43 CEST 2020

Export routines that can be used by other drivers avoiding duplicating
code.

Signed-off-by: Dario Binacchi <dariobin at libero.it>

---

Changes in v2:
- Add the clk_ prefix to the divider functions.
- Add kernel-doc comments to the exported functions.
