Change in gic_lpi_tables_init() function

Hello Rayagonda,

With today top of upstream u-boot tree, I am still getting the error in booting lx216ardb

But if apply the changes suggested by you, it is booting fine. Can you please help to send the pull-request for this soon , so that proper fixes are integrated in u-boot code before U-boot v2020.10 release.

Please add the following code at the end of "arch/arm/lib/gic-v3-its.c" file,
This is not required for the latest uboot hence its not part of the patch.
