[PATCH 10/14] lmb: sh: Add arch_lmb_reserve()

[Marek Vasut]

Add arch_lmb_reserve() implemented using arch_lmb_reserve_generic().
This architecture also needs to cover U-Boot with LMB before booting
Linux.
