these patches should probably have a different From: - i.e. the
original authors should be preserved (from the first Signed-off-by
tags), for example:

  motib <motib at marvell.com>
  Baruch Siach <baruch at tkos.co.il>
  heaterC <airyguy at gmx.de>

But some of these are not full names, so I don't know whether I should
resend this or not.
