That looks good to me, but the Pine H64 does not enable the USB
3.0 controller in its .dts file.
I just added status = "okay"; to the dwc3 and PHY nodes and it
worked, though.

Does anyone know a reason this is not enabled in the mainline DT (which
we just synced)?
