[PATCH 0/2] Improve iMX8 FEC ENET MAC settings

This series stops using FEC_ENET_ENABLE_.XC_DELAY settings throughout
the U-Boot, and adds the common quirk for FEC ENET MAC device,
simplifying configs of imx8-boards.
