[PATCH] fpga: zynqpl: fix buffer alignment

Due to pointer arithmetic, "sizeof(u32) * ARCH_DMA_MINALIGN" is
subtracted. It seems that the original intention was to just subtract
ARCH_DMA_MINALIGN. Fix it.
