[PATCH v5 0/5] stm32mp: Enable OP-TEE and TZC support in SPL

v4 branch was reported to have some issues with SPL becoming too big
on some platforms (e.g. imx6dl_mamoj) This is fixed by dropping the
call to genimg_get_os_name().
