[PATCH v2 0/3]

[Yifeng Zhao]

RK3399 and RK3568 are use different sdhci controllers.
The drivers need to be updated to support these two platforms
and it's easy to support new platforms.


Changes in v2:
- Add mmc_of_parse to parse dts config.
- Used read_poll_timeout api to check dll lock status
- Add execute tuning api for hs200 tuning
- Used sdhci_set_clock api to set clock.
- Used read_poll_timeout api to check dll status.
