[PATCH v2 4/8] drivers: ram: sifive: rename fu540_ddr to sifive_ddr

Rename fu540_ddr.c to sifive_ddr.c for supporting both of fu540 and
fu740. To avoid 'git mv' info missing, sifive_ddr.c chagnes are
included in next patch.
