Well, it's not 100% obvious.  In cost-cutting terms I think there's a
fairly large segment of cheap SBCs that lack a persistent MAC due to
lack of storage space for it.  And there is also usb gadget ethernet.
But I really do want to know what's going on with a good number of SoCs.
I'm going to start a thread for some specific boards I do have and can
poke to start seeing what's up.
