Avoid using #ifdef. Prefer if (CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(SPI_FLASH_BAR) instead.

Don't hard-code the 8. Use a #define instead.

Ok, but you still don't check for top/bottom configuration. This is the 
same as the S25Hx flashes, right?
