[PATCH 1/1] drivers: octeon: get rid of Unicode in code

Placing Unicode control codes <U+0080><U+0093> in the middle of a comment
does not make much sense. Let's get rid of all Unicode in
drivers/ram/octeon/octeon3_lmc.c.
