[PATCH 1/2] powerpc: mpc8xx: drop CONFIG_SYS_RESET_ADDRESS

[Ovidiu Panait]

There are no boards that define CONFIG_SYS_RESET_ADDRESS, so drop the
associated mpc8xx code that checks for it.
