First of all, thank you very much for your suggestions and help. With regard to the description of the CPU node of the current patch device tree, I hope "phytium, ftc663" will be added to uboot after Linux goes online. Thank!

No, cpu nodes are required.
It's a one line change to document the cpu compatible.
But it's ultimately up to the u-boot maintainers, not me, on what they
will take or not. And it's up to you if you want to have to go back
and fix the u-boot copy once the Linux version is upstream. The goal
is that u-boot has unmodified dts files sync'ed from the kernel tree.
