imx7d-sabresd: Cannot access the SD card

Hi Peng and Ye Li,

The following SDHC error is seen when running top of tree U-Boot on an
imx7d-sabresd board:

I cannot use the SD card anymore.

Any ideas on how this can be properly fixed?
