[RFC PATCH 10/10] configs: sandbox: enable rpmsg

Enable configs required to test rpmsg on sandbox build.
CMD_MISC is enabled to probe rpmsg_sample_client driver.

Test procedure:
  - boot sandbox build
  - command to run rpmsg tests: ut dm rpmsg
  - command to run sample driver: misc list
