[PATCH] MIPS: Loongson32: DeviceTree for Loongson-ls1c300

Add DeviceTree files for Loongson-ls1c300 processor, currently only
has below nodes.

- reset-controller
- watchdog
- serial
- clock-controller

tool for generate header and dts:
