[PATCH 0/3] boards: tqma6: defconfig updates

Update defconfigs for TQMa6x family of boards. Primary goal
is to do the overdue switch to DM_SERIAL. While at it, use
also DM for MDIO / PHY and enable DM_THERMAL.
