[PATCH 18/40] lmb: remove the lmb_init_and_reserve() function

Sughosh Ganu sughosh.ganu at linaro.org
Wed Jul 24 08:02:02 CEST 2024

memory regions are being added during board init. Remove the
now superfluous lmb_init_and_reserve() function.
