[PATCH v1 4/4] ARM: tegra: drop CONFIG_DISABLE_SDMMC1_EARLY

[Svyatoslav Ryhel]

This was a temporary workaround for the Tegra210 Jetson Nano board. It is
not used by any device anymore, so let's remove it.
