The voltage looks strange. The Vmin of VDD_SOC_CAP is 1.15v when LDO is 
enabled, your result violates the spec. Do you enable the LDO in uboot? 
Can you dump the register 0x20c8140 to show LDO setting. And what's the 
measured voltage of VDD_SOC_IN?
