[PATCH v1] configs: qcom_defconfig: Configure USB gadget for fastboot support

Added USB gadget configuration to enable fastboot functionality on
Qualcomm platforms. This configures the USB device with Google's
vendor ID and the standard fastboot product ID, which are required
for proper fastboot protocol operation.
