Enable CONFIG_OF_UPSTREAM to receive automatic device tree updates for
the Toradex SMARC iMX8MP.
Remove the now obsolete device tree files:
- imx8mp-toradex-smarc-dev.dts
- imx8mp-toradex-smarc.dtsi
