[u-boot-test-hooks][PATCH] labgrid-trini: Quick update for labgrid v25.0.x and later

Starting with v25.0.0 LG_CROSSBAR has been replaced with LG_COORDINATOR
(and the whole crossbar to coordinator transition is well documented
upstream). Update our usage.
