[PATCH v1] nitrogen6x: Fix compile error if VIDEO_IPUV3 is disabled

Following compile error happens for mx6qsabrelite when disable
CONFIG_VIDEO_IPUV3.

To fix this, use reported macros included in CONFIG_VIDEO_IPUV3.
