Good catch. Addressed in v3 — regenerated via savedefconfig so
CONFIG_CMD_MTD now follows the canonical Kconfig ordering (between
CONFIG_CMD_MMC and CONFIG_CMD_SPI).

Also dropped CONFIG_SPL_ALTERA_SDRAM from this patch as Kconfig
auto-selects it for N5X.
