This file is not necessary as if rk3568-9tripod-x3568-v4-u-boot.dtsi is 
not present, rk3568-u-boot.dtsi will be included automatically (due to 
CONFIG_SYS_SOC being "rk3568").

Any reason for removing clock-names from xPL DTB?

Looks ok to me otherwise.
