Checked with the firmware team, the following is repurposing GPU host ID 
to a new A72/A53 host
by adding IAs and IRs (from the end to allow backward compatibility) to 
this host id.

I don't think it's necessary given they're saying that backward 
compatibility is maintained but
ig it'd be nice to update to maintain the compatibility ( as well as 
test if something is getting
affected for your boards )
