[PATCH] xPL FIT: Rework SPL_FIT dependencies

As exposed by "make randconfig", we have xPL_FIT select'ing
xPL_OF_CONTROL, and that in turn requires xPL_LIBGENERIC_SUPPORT. The
most reasonable solution here is to have xPL_FIT select
xPL_LIBGENERIC_SUPPORT.
