[PATCH 1/2] arm: dts: imx95-toradex-smarc: migrate to OF_UPSTREAM

Allow CONFIG_OF_UPSTREAM to receive automatic device tree updates for
the Toradex SMARC iMX95.

Remove the now obsolete device tree files:
- imx95-toradex-smarc-dev.dts
- imx95-toradex-smarc.dtsi
