[ELDK] Using ELDK 4.1 on Mac OSX

Did you read the FAQ, especially entry "ELDK Installation under
FreeBSD" ?

ELDK 4.1 is about 5 years old.  In terms of Linux development this is
stone age.

You _really_ should use more recent code.
