Hi,
i'm working on a imx28 based board. I've compiled the DENX Linux 3.9
Kernel with ELDK5.4. Booting the kernel seems to work. Now i want to run
the rootfs included in ELDK5.4 via NFS. When running the rootfs-minimal
it hangs at:
[ 9.972976] VFS: Mounted root (nfs filesystem) on device 0:12.
[ 9.979955] Freeing init memory: 176K
INIT: version 2.88 booting
Starting udev
Starting Bootlog daemon: bootlogd: cannot find console device 249:3
under /dev
bootlogd.
Configuring network interfaces... ifup skipped for nfsroot interface eth0
run-parts: /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/nfsroot exited with code 1
hwclock: can't open '/dev/misc/rtc': No such file or directory

hwclock: can't open '/dev/misc/rtc': No such file or directory
I get the same INIT output when using a ramdisk created like described
in http://www.denx.de/wiki/view/DULG/RootFileSystemOnARamdisk . Also
when using the other rootfs included in the ELDK5.4.
Is the problem in the kernel configuration or in the rootfs? i have used
a m28evk_defconfig based config and changed nothing on the rootfs.
Best regards
