[tbot] Release 0.8.2

Hello,

today I released tbot version 0.8.2 which brings a few much-requested
features.  The full changelog is available online [1].  Here are the
highlights:

* Interactive Commands (similar to pexpect) [2].

* Integration with U-Boot's test/py test-framework.  There is now
  a uboot_testpy [3] testcase which can be used to run test/py against
  a correctly configured board.

* A few additions to `tbot_contrib`:

    - A testcase to deploy a .swu file to SWUpdate
    - Testcases for measuring the time a testcase takes.
    - A conserver connector
    - Helpers for interacting with GPIOs
