Please, check u-boot monitor messages below...
I changed bd_t data structure from u-boot to linux kernel....
("Real time clock seems suck" and hangs resolved by doing this.)
 
in bdinfo command and linux boot message, ethaddr of target board seems set wrong...

please give a comments to solve the problem...
