[U-Boot-Users] toolchain for u-boot 1.0.0

Hi,

I am porting U-boot to Intrinsyc cerfboard(PXA250 based). The toolchain
used is 2.95.3. 
U-boot hangs just after relocating to RAM and there is no console output.
Is there any later stable toolchain available to build u-boot. I have
checked with 3.3.2 which does not work(glibc 3.3.2 uses hard FP).
