Looked into uec_phy.c driver to find the source of:
  read wrong value : mii_id 3,mii_reg 3, base e0102320
I don't have PHYs in my system and I wonder if there is
a way to avoid this message?

Also, there is a udelay(100000) in that function, uec_read_phy_reg(),
that slows it down alot. Is that really needed?
