[U-Boot] Directories being left undeleted in spl/ after mrproper

Hi Scott,

Wolfgang found an issue that if I run make mrproper on m28evk, the directories 
under spl/ are being left undeleted. The files are gone, just the directories 
are still there. Any idea why?
