[U-Boot] [PATCH v4 1/3] ARM: tegra: support SKU b1 of Tegra30

V4: Renamed SKU_ID_TM30MQS_A3 to SKU_ID_TM30MQS_P_A3, according to
    Thierry Reding this ID should be better suited as there is another
    TM30MQS variant with another SKU.
