What is the reason for the reenaming?  Especially, why changing from
CONFIG_ to CONFIG_SYS_ ?

Hm...This does not really explain what CONFIG_SYS_FSL_PBL_PBI or
CONFIG_SYS_FSL_PBL_RCW actually means.
