[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/2] Enable pxe boot for mx53cx9020

To make kernel development more easy on CX9020, this scripts enables pxe
boot in the default bootscript. pxe boot is then used as a fallback in
case there is no vmlinuz found on mmc.
