[U-Boot] [PATCH v2 2/9] mmc: atmel: when sending a data command, use the provided block size

struct mmc_data contains the block size to use for the data transfer.
Use this information instead of using the default value or the block length
information stored in struct mmc.

Tested on a SAM9x35-EK
Changes in v2:
- atmel_mci: fixed v1 bug by setting the block length before each transfer.
- atmel_mci: removed loop to read/write dummy data as it is not needed anymore
