[U-Boot] [PATCH v3 1/6] Enable CONFIG_PANIC_HANG for boards without do_reset()

Calling panic() for these boards causes build error:
  undefined reference to `do_reset'

They must compile do_reset(), or define CONFIG_PANIC_HANG.
