[U-Boot] QSPI "sf probe ...", "sf read ..." on Altera SoC FPGA

it worked!
i applied the patches alone and it didn't work, but then i noticed simon's
note to add compatible = "spi-flash" so i added it on the arria 5 dts file,
and it worked.
i think it should be added to the patches.
