[U-Boot] [PATCH 02/10] clk: sunxi: Implement SPI clocks, resets

- Implement SPI AHB, MOD clocks via ccu_clk_gate for all
  supported Allwinner SoCs
- Implement SPI resets via ccu_reset for all supported
  Allwinner SoCs.
