The driver checking the load property of core image, if there is a
destination address is defined, driver would use DDR memory instead of
OCRAM buffer, hence driver need to update both buffer size and
remaining when DDR is used, so that whole bitstream can be loaded to
DDR instead of chunk by chunk loading.
