[PATCH 0/3] arm: k3: Update to SYFW ABI 3.0 changes

Update the ti_sci driver and am65x dts to support SYSFW ABI 3.0.
This series is meant to be merged only after sysfw releases 2020.02 binaries.

Corresponding kernel changes are applied to linux-next[0]
