[PATCH for v2020.10 1/1] cmd: drop fitupd command

Heinrich Schuchardt xypron.glpk at gmx.de
Wed Jun 17 11:09:03 CEST 2020

The `fitupd' command is not used by any board. The `dfu tftp' command
provides the same capabilities.

So let's drop the `fitupd' command.
